Cancellations & Changes You can cancel or modify your booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled experience to receive a refund minus any non-refundable processing fees. Cancellations within 72 hours of the experience or no-shows are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the experience details. Requests must be made in writing via the booking system or email. 4. Delays & External Factors Travel Pixan and local operators are not responsible for delays or changes due to weather, airline issues, traffic, natural events or other factors beyond their control. If possible, alternate arrangements will be offered. 5. Personal Responsibility & Conduct Participants must comply with safety guidelines and instructions from guides and operators. Travel Pixan and partners are not liable for personal injury or loss of personal items unless due to proven negligence. 6.
