When you book an experience through Travel Pixan, you agree to the following terms: 1. Confirmations & Booking Requirements Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed once full payment (or required deposit) is received. Some experiences may require a minimum number of participants; if this affects your booking, you will be notified in advance. 2. Payments Full payment or a deposit may be required at booking. Prices are shown in the currency at checkout. Any additional taxes or local fees not included will be clearly noted before purchase or collected locally. 3. Cancellations & Changes You can cancel or modify your booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled experience to receive a refund minus any non-refundable processing fees. Cancellations within 72 hours of the experience or no-shows are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the experience details. Requests must be made in writing via the booking system or email. 4. Delays & External Factors Travel Pixan and local operators are not responsible for delays or changes due to weather, airline issues, traffic, natural events or other factors beyond their control. If possible, alternate arrangements will be offered. 5. Personal Responsibility & Conduct Participants must comply with safety guidelines and instructions from guides and operators. Travel Pixan and partners are not liable for personal injury or loss of personal items unless due to proven negligence. 6. Medical & Special Needs Please disclose any medical conditions, dietary needs or mobility restrictions at booking. Some experiences may not be suitable for all travellers; alternatives will be suggested when possible. 7. Age & Participation Requirements Some experiences have age, height or other requirements.
